Bespoke Guardians Canada (“we”, “us”) provides specialist child intervention support services across Alberta. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, for example when you submit a referral, contact or newsletter form (such as your name, organization, email, phone number and the details you share). We may also collect limited technical data (such as anonymized analytics) to improve the site.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to respond to referrals and inquiries, to provide our services, and, where you have opted in, to send you updates. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Legal bases & consent

We process personal information with your consent and as necessary to provide our services and meet legal obligations, in line with PIPEDA and Alberta’s PIPA.

5. Sharing

We may share information with agencies involved in a child’s care, such as Children and Family Services, caseworkers and Delegated First Nations Agencies, and with service providers who help us operate (under appropriate safeguards). We may disclose information where required by law or to protect a child’s safety.

6. Retention & security

We keep personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law, and protect it with appropriate technical and organizational safeguards.

7. Your rights
